Dancer and program instructor Suzi Lonergan leads viewers through a Pilates powerhouse mat exercise routine, performing nine basic and over twenty intermediate exercises, while focusing on creating a flatter stomach, better posture and an overall "balanced body." Though the production quality is fairly mediocre, the inclusion of four body-type adaptations during each routine (the normal healthy body, the bad neck, the bad back, and the bad knees option) make this program a good choice for any body--literally.
