Take Care is a well-produced and helpful reminder of the classic rules of business etiquette. Using a Heaven Can Wait story frame, the film explores what happens when Mike, an automotive service manager, accidentally dies and meets a customer relations man in Heaven. His 'guardian angel' promises to show him the secret of good customer relations and then shows him specific situations on Earth which cover personal customer relations, using the telephone, and handling irate customers. Although the production values are excellent, and the information useful in a wide range of occupations (the successful reference interview comes immediately to mind), the price of the film is simply exorbitant. Since business etiquette is a fairly general topic, we recommend that you wait for something with a more reasonable price tag.
