Don't look now, but the Clever Cleaver brothers, culinary cornballs of the kitchen, are back with a new program designed to get people eating healthy, yet delicious, meals without the high cholesterol content. The brothers suggest meal preparations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner: including cheese omelettes (using low-fat cheese, and minus a few yolks), tortellini salad (with a special dressing), teriyaki shark (for the more adventurous), stir fry beef, herbed chicken, and pasta with a marinara sauce, among others. A recipe booklet, with these and others, is included with the tape. In addition to the cooking hints, Lee and Steve put on a couple of skits which emphasize the importance of good nutrition and general health habits.
