When will they ever stop making exercise videos? This is a perfectly straightforward teen workout, featuring low-impact aerobics, regular aerobics, and peak aerobics. What separates these categories is, of course, not explained. Everybody just smiles a lot and performs what appear to be random movements repetitiously. Sue Zaliouk, formerly with the Royal Ballet Company is an amiable instructor, and the program is cleanly divided into warmup exercises, aerobics, and cool down exercises, replete with 80's elevator music as background. If you really think you need another exercise video, this one is adequate; but ABC's Funfit with Mary Lou Retton or The Camp La Jolla Weight-Loss Video should be first choices. Recommended only as a supplementary purchase.

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
