Barbara Ronis hosts this short, effective "getting the kinks out" workout for people who spend the majority of their lives in front of the tube or chained to a computer--in other words, people like us. Without ever feeling the wind beneath my buttocks, so to speak, I was able to remain comfortably seated and perform the entire series of gentle flexing exercises for the neck, arms, hands, feet, and face in less than fifteen minutes. And, not surprisingly, those parts of my body which I had assumed were doing just fine on cloud nine, actually gave me some sensory lip (i.e. "hey, that muscle is a little jammed up and jelly tight"), which means that I needed the kinkout workout. On the down side, the video quality (not the production) is just this side of home video. Still, those looking for a quick flexibility workout which they can perform without getting off their duffs will appreciate this inexpensive guide. An optional purchase. Aud: P. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
