A good old fashioned run-of-the-mill heart-pumping cardio blast, the program consists of the warm-up, the exercise routine--lunging, sweating, marching, more sweating, you know the drill--and the concluding cool down. What raises this above the competitive pack, at least on DVD, are the extras, which include a text lifestyle plan (underscoring the importance of daily water intake, pointing out recommended food portion sizes, and featuring meal plans and recipes), a quiz, an extra 10-minute workout for the buns, a couple of before/after testimonials, a photo gallery, and more Tamilee trailers than you can shake a firm asset at.
