Christi Taylor hits the mat lunging in this new exercise program for the totally relentless. Featuring a short warm-up routine followed by a complicated high impact cardio bustin' workout, Taylor's Totally Hot Cardio may have viewers totally confused and struggling to keep up--even after they've watched the seven-minute “Move Master” tutorial explaining various combinations (the quick-move choreographed routines displayed here will simply require more commitment than many viewers are willing to make). Still, for serious exercise junkies up to the challenge, this sweat-inducing exercise training will definitely pay off. The DVD includes a handful of extras: an additional 13-minute cardiovascular drill, a bonus six-minute routine for working the abs, and a rather pointless 24-minute behind-the-scenes road trip segment with Taylor and crew gearing up for the taping of the video (call me a bore, but any special footage that includes a lengthy potty break at a rest stop is more roughage than I need in my fitness diet). Recommended for larger collections. [Note: Also available, at the same price, is Taylor's Totally Cool Step]. Aud: P. (N. Plympton)
