A timely primer on proper communication skills, Undeliver@ble stresses the importance of e-mail etiquette in an increasingly technologically-savvy business world. Using onscreen examples to clearly illustrate the differences between poorly written e-mails and appropriate messages, this informative survey features segments on openings and closings, formatting, grammar and punctuation, specific and descriptive subject lines, formalities, avoiding immature abbreviations (ROTFL and TTYL shouldn't be used “after your 11th birthday”), and writing bad news emails. Combining straightforward guidance from a knowledgeable host with brief humorous skits and helpful lesson reviews, Undeliver@ble offers step-by-step instruction while underscoring the importance of making good first impressions with effective and proper business e-mails in our digital age. DVD extras include four interactive quizzes. Highly recommended. Aud: H, C, P. (J. Williams-Wood)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
