Sure, you might have exceptional skills in the vocation you're training for, but without the right attitude, or "people skills," you may never have a chance to use them. A positive attitude, which is much more than simply being "nice," is one of the more important factors in landing and retaining a job. Combining interviews and dramatic skits, the program examines skills that enhance productivity and job satisfaction, such as punctuality, teamwork, handling constructive criticism, goal-setting, and being open-minded. These are obviously important workplace traits, but young people just starting out need to be aware of them. Though tailored for those in corporate/office jobs, the principles are generally useful in any career. Recommended. Aud: H, C, P. (E. Gieschen)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
