Yard Sale: A How-To Video is just that, a nuts and bolts guide to advertising, setting up, pricing, and running a successful yard sale. Made with a good sense of humor (which is also a primary requisite for a yard sale), the program is chockfull of tips on pricing appliances, handling early birds, and protecting yourself against insurance claims. An excellent program that only suffers from a whopping price tag for an instructional video. Still, this guaranteed mover is highly recommended.
