While this exercise program aimed at people with multiple sclerosis will not, according to instructor Dr. Mary Hudson-McKinney, "give you buns of steel," the gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, combined with a mild cardiovascular workout (with the option of using a chair), and bookended by a warm-up and cool-down, should appeal not only to those with MS, but also to others suffering from various physical debilities. The program concludes with an extensive ad for the drug Copaxone, but this follows the actual instruction and does not, I feel, warrant much concern. Produced by the MS Awareness Foundation, this easygoing targeted exercise program will make a solid addition to more run of the treadmill exercise titles aimed at the Great Unshaped. Recommended. Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
