Simple tools for combating such everyday afflictions as stress, back pain, indigestion, fatigue and headaches. In this latest installment in Living Arts' Yoga Journal series of excellent yoga instruction tapes, host/instructor Rodney Yee, along with Suzanne Deason and Dawn Martin, offers a series of 8-minute sessions to help relieve each of the problems mentioned, as well as reduce stress, sharpen focus, and improve breathing overall. Superb cinematography (on the island of Maui no less--talk about your production perks) and easy-to-follow instruction with truly helpful tips designed for each particular problem (I especially liked the alternative nostril breathing for reducing headache pain) make this latest entry another winner.
