Once the viewer gets past the somewhat subpar presentation (poor sound quality, amateur acting, and stiff writing), this program offers some very useful information for individuals seeking employment. Particularly suited to first-time job seekers who, although they may lack work experience, already have skills and talents that will be useful to employers, the video focuses on identifying all of a person's skills in order to prepare for a job interview and provides a slogan to help viewers remember what to do with those skills: "Focus on your best, Improve the Rest, Practice and Present." Helping job-seekers first isolate their strong points in terms of skills and talents, and then arrange those strengths into a "Skill Triangle" (Adaptive, Transferable and Job-Related), the program also emphasizes the importance of improving present skills and continuously looking for ways to add new skills.
