"Ho-RA-tio Horn-blow-ERRR!" (God I love saying that!) The adventure continues for all you Hornblower junkies (present company included), for A&E has just bowed a second box of their Emmy Award-winning series of high seas ripping yarns. Ioan Gruffudd (in the title role) and Robert Lindsay (as the crusty but compassionate Captain Pellew) are both back, this time welcoming guest star David Warner in a two-parter that has Horatio trying to save his name (and neck) from the unjust charge of "black, bloody mutiny." While the first 4-disc box boasted 6-1/2 hours of adventures, this 2-disc installment clocks in at just over 3 hours (sigh), but it's no less a gotta-have. Highly recommended. (S. C. Sickles)
