Down To Earth Media is a family owned video and audio production company that has been in operation since 2008 dedicating its professional creativity in producing quality Educational and Marketing video and audio materials in English and Spanish. DTEM has also produced several full length documentaries on the Culture and Traditions of the people in the San Luis Valley located in Southern Colorado. Recently DTEM completed its third documentary titled "A Product of the Chicano Movement" "History of Colorado's Rural Community Health Centers" Virgilio Licona, MD. Currently DTEM is working on a five part documentary series titled a "A Story To Tell" on the Missions of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Conejos County.DTEM relationships consist of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Nursing, the University Of Colorado in Boulder, Denver Great Kids Head Start, Denver Office of Children Affair, Metropolitan State University of Denver, Denver Public School, Red Rocks Community College and the University of Colorado Denver-Downtown Campus and Colorado Community Health Network.(DTEM) has also produced a wide range of educational and promotional video materials in both English and Spanish for Students, Parents and Staff Development. DTEM's goal is to work with educational programs interested in utilizing Video Content materials as part of their curriculum to complement the instruction using specific individual video modules in English and Spanish for classroom or for online learning.Recently DTEM completed its third documentary titled "A Product of the Chicano Movement" "History of Colorado's Rural Community Health Centers" Virgilio Licona, MD, packaged with an interactive study guide, Toolkit and eight video modules together with supplemental materials.Video is a powerful medium.It has the ability to transport the outside world into any classroom or learning environment it also has the ability to inspire, educate and illustrate conceptual ideas in a very short and concise amount of time.
