Be a Little Chef

This is an odd entry with a good idea buried someplace between fairly poor video quality and audio that sounds like it was taped in an empty warehouse. Tracy Cardenas instructs very young children to make three different no-cooking desserts for their families in front of the T.V. and then "watch four cartoons and your dessert will be ready". Hmmmm. We liked that she stresses little viewers should wash their hands and clean up their mess, but the intended audience of 3-6 year olds making chocolate cream pies in MY living room ain't happening.
