Actually, I don't. Love toy trains, that is. Living as I do, however, with a 6-year-old boy whose "T" gene (trains, trucks, tractors, Tonka) kicked in at 9 months, I have learned to live with them. Thanks to the five predecessors of this video, I can now accurately distinguish among the various types of rail cars, not to mention sing all three verses of "The Wabash Cannonball." This latest in the very popular series follows the same recipe for success as 1-5: displays of elaborately laid out toy train sets mixed with live action footage of vintage locomotives backed by toe tapping music (this one's feature song, "The Animal Express," is a little cutesy, but fun). I still don't love toy trains, and I may not even after being forced to watch I Love Toy Trains 20, but for this series' adoring audience, this video is a welcome addition to a proven winner of a formula. Now, would you like to hear my rendition of "The Atcheson, Topeka, and the Santa Fe"? Recommended. Aud: P. (J. Cichewicz)
