Rock ‘n Learn: Money & Making Change

Computer-animated Penny (a cent, naturally) and Bill (as in dollar) teach children about money using songs and games in Rock ‘n Learn: Money & Making Change. Starting with pennies, Penny and Bill count to one dollar (nickels, dimes, quarters, half-dollars, and dollar coins are also featured in similar counting-to-a-dollar games), before introducing the concept of paper bills. The production also looks at counting mixed coins, takes imaginary shopping trips to help young viewers determine whether or not they have enough money for various items, and features a segment on making change.
