The All New Captain Kangaroo

Hello boys and girls! Can you spell revival? We won't call it a complete resurrection because (thanks to TV re-runs) somewhere in the world six time Emmy winner Bob Keeshan (the original Captain--remember the blond mustache and funky bowl-cut hairdo?) is still entertaining kids and gently imparting values, but this new series looks right at home in the Treasure House. Mr. Greenjeans, Mister Moose, Bunny Rabbit, and even Grandfather Clock (who hasn't missed a beat) team up as the familiar cast of characters to help John McDonough (the new Captain) entertain a fresh crop of little sprouts.
