Pre-school viewers will share a fast paced charming half hour with the energetic clown Loonette, her mélange of friends and an overstuffed sofa. There's lots of variety to keep short attention spans interested, and though the quality of the singing wouldn't pass muster with any discriminating four-year-old, the skits are very upbeat and clever.
