Thomas & Friends: Songs from the Station

Music is the engine that pulls this particularly entertaining addition to the Thomas & Friends line. Young viewers will follow the bouncing steam puffs and sing along to eight very catchy original ditties that praise favorite characters ("Emily," "Ode to Gordon"), honor the joys of trains ("Sounds," "Engine Roll Call"), and encourage positive character development ("Determination," "Patience Is a Virtue," "Surprises"). In addition, two Thomas stories help keep this 40-minute program rolling along: in "Thomas and the Tuba," a careless Thomas leaves a tuba player stranded, while in "Thomas and the Firework Display," Thomas and James work together to make sure Sodor's big fireworks show isn't a dud.
