In this extensive series, theological lecturer Dr. Anna Robbins introduces five sessions confronting issues in our fast-paced society as they relate to Christian life--contemporary culture, personal identity, consumerism, progress, and pluralist society--with each segment featuring the comments of experts and participants seeking to be people “transformed, not conformed.” With its well-balanced views and thorough leader's guide, this program could have been a winner, if it hadn't been for the poor production values--muffled sound quality makes most speakers unintelligible, camera angles and focus are wildly variable, lighting is uneven, and the somewhat confusing format calls for additional editing. Not recommended. Aud: P. (J. Reed)
