A Tribute to Charles Kuralt

Compiled just days after the passing of Charles Kuralt, it was hard to review this video on the merits of the program and not the opportunist timing of its release. In the end, it didn't much matter. Kuralt's innate integrity easily overshadowed any thoughts of exploitation from the media. Culled from CBS News' Sunday Morning, his series On the Road With Charles Kuralt, and various specials over the years, the program treats viewers to the world as seen through the eyes of a reporter who didn't investigate the story but instead admired his subject with a gentle decency that will be sorely missed in journalism hereafter.
