Devoted fans of the late, unlamented America's Stupidest Home Videos or the pet antics on The David Letterman Show will no doubt flock to this program and guffaw until snot flies out of their noses. Essentially a collection of short home-movie-grade video vignettes featuring dogs and cats interacting, Fuzz Buzz includes mini-featurettes such as "Thrilla on the Pilla" (cat and dog play/fight on an unmade bed), "Rolling the Cat Around" (self explanatory) and "Adopted Mom" (cross-species nursing). A ferret arrives to steal the show in this last-mentioned short, and there are occasional introductory segments of sheep and other beasts all accompanied by purportedly funny voiceovers. Given the wide range of truly engaging animal programs--fiction and non-fiction--aimed at kids, this pastiche of caught-on-camcorder pet high jinks is not a necessary purchase. Aud: P. (M. Tribby)
