The Griswolds are at it again. Las Vegas beware. Clark (Chevy Chase), wife Ellen (Beverly D'Angelo), and kids Rusty (Ethan Embry) and Audrey (Marisol Nichols) venture onto the Vegas strip, ready to shoot craps, tour the Hoover Dam, and wreak havoc wherever they get the chance. Even crazy Cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid) and his crew are in on the goosey game. If you've seen any of Chase's Vacation series, you know all too well what's in store: a trip tracing ole' Sparkie's (Chase) laughable, but stupid antics. This time out Clark catches gambling fever, Ellen gets hot and heavy with Wayne Newton, underaged Rusty gets decked out as a high roller, and teenage Audrey lets loose as a cage dancer. Appearances by Siegfried and Roy, Sid Caesar, Wallace Shawn and even Wendy Kaufman (a.k.a the Snapple Lady) juice up the jackpot of B-list celebrities. And to top it all off, supermodel Christie Brinkley, reminiscent of the original Vacation, naturally makes a spoof cameo in her Ferrari. A tip: If you don't bet on expecting much, the odds are you'll break even. Optional. (M. K. Lau)
