Heck, Superman himself might be pooped out if he tried everything presented here! Hosted by Renaldo Nehemiah (high hurdler champion and pro football player), the tape includes resistance-training exercises, 24 plyometric exercises to develop explosive power, and sprint training to achieve the speed necessary for maximum power. What makes the program exceptionally valuable is that it offers power-building suggestions to fit specific sports, including volleyball, basketball, and gymnastics. Highly recommended.
