What if you were blindfolded and had to find a princess' sneaker among a whole heap of your friends' tennis shoes, and you had only your sense of touch...and smell...to guide you? Is that grosser than gross, or what? "Prince Charming" is one of 12 fun games for children's groups at parties, family get togethers, or other social outings. The rules for each game are explained (a written guide is also included), followed by scenes of children demonstrating the game play, most of which use handy or inexpensive props such as balloons, shoe boxes, gum, oranges, or empty pop cans. One of my favorites is another shoe game, "Shoe Fly" where you pass your shoes to the person on your right who has to put them on, stand up, twirl around, take them off, and pass them on. The team which eventually gets all of its shoes back on the original owners wins. Cool, huh? Ok, well maybe I'm easily amused. Recommended for ages 6-12.
