Horses: Close Up And Very Personal

From the makers of Farm Animals: Up Close and Very Personal (VL-10/91) and Big Rigs: Close Up and Very Personal (VL-4/93) comes a new close up and very personal look at all things equestrian. Again favoring the non-narrative format, Horses shows viewers appaloosas, palominos, quarter horses, Arabians, draft horses, and more in a wide variety of settings, including field, farm, rodeo, and racetrack. Viewers will also see horses being brushed, groomed, washed, and even see a horse shoe'd. Although occasional title cards appear (there's a cute section on horse gaits from walking to galloping, for example), the primary attraction here is visual, and sharp video and lovely subjects make this easy on the eyes for kids aged 2 and up.
