Another mixed-bag computer-animated entry from Miramar, this collection of colorful sequences backed by the solid music and lyrics of Craig & Co. features a handful of collages and three really standout full pieces: "Slow Things Down," a wild and wacky MTV-inspired ride downtown in a speeding limo; "Captain Quazar," a tribute to a blonde, barrel-chested intergalactic superhero; and "Why Does the Wind Blow?," an imaginative trip with a pair of children who set off to discover the origin of wind (hint: it's not Howard Stern; but that's a very good guess). Recommended. Aud: E, I, P. (R. Pitman)
