Jesus for Kids

Perfectly true to its title, this simply animated series of five 10-minute programs collected on one tape, looks at "The First Christmas" (i.e., the birth of Christ), "Jesus the Storyteller" (Christ's parables of the Good Samaritan and the Prodigal Son), "Jesus the Miracle-Worker" (Christ's multiplication of the fishes and loaves and his walking on water), "Jesus the Healer" (Christ's healing of the sick and lame), and "The First Easter" (Christ's crucifixion and resurrection). Soothingly told, simply though solidly illustrated, and broken down into bite-size chunks for a younger audience, Jesus for Kids is a good introduction to the life of Christ and his teachings.
