Did you know that the Keebler's flour silo holds 100,000 pounds of flour, a figure which translates to 45,630 kilograms? Do you care? I didn't and I sincerely doubt that kids will either. Bludgeoning viewers with (for the most part) meaningless metric conversions, two elementary school kids stiffly deliver a by-the-numbers lecture on how milk and cookies are made in preparation for a joint show & tell project. Trips are made to the dairy farm, milk processing plant, and Keebler's bakery, where viewers follow the requisite assembly line montages (cued with the clichèd quasi-c&w soundtrack). There are far better entries in the "how do they do it?" genre for kids, such as Milk Cow, Eat Cheese (VL-7/95). Not a necessary purchase. Aud: E, P. (R. Pitman)
