Aimed at younger children, this exercise video takes a more innovative approach than usual, with instructor Sue Zaliouk assigning different sounds (bells, etc.) to different parts of the body. Children, aged 4 to 10, can follow the movements by responding to the simple musical cues. In another section kids take the shapes of the letters of the alphabet. The program concludes with some exercises designed to teach small children the basic ballet steps. Zaliouk builds a clever princess and prince story around the movements. The wide variety of exercises and use of the imagination make this a better exercise tape than most on the market; and one of the few aimed at small children. Recommended.
