The Book of Pooh: Fun with Make Believe

Taking young viewers on a brand new series of musical and lesson-filled journeys into the Hundred Acre Woods, The Book of Pooh: Fun with Make Believe opens with "The Case of the Disappeared Donkey," in which Tigger's exposure to a mystery book leads him to adopt the persona of private eye extraordinaire Stripy McSnarl, and launch an inquiry into the whereabouts of Eeyore. Interrogating his friends, Tigger endeavors to crack the case, but ultimately finds that he has made something out of nothing (but given his imagination a solid workout). In other adventures, "The Littlest Dinosnore" finds Tigger and little Roo conjuring some fanciful tall tales; Pooh and Piglet compliment gardener Rabbit in "Blue-Ribbon Bunny," only to have the latter become rather full of himself; and in "Under the Pig Top," a misunderstanding arises about Piglet wanting to join the circus. Presenting morals and life lessons in a creative and humorous manner that youngsters are sure to enjoy, this compilation of tales from the newer computer-animated Disney television series is warmly recommended.
