The first in a planned series of home videos which combine the music of the 60s with fractal animation ("a highly specialized form of computer art based on the geometrical description of natural objects"), this half-hour program features cuts from The Moody Blues' In Search of the Lost Chord and Days of Future Past. The atmospheric music of The Moody Blues is well suited to the somewhat psychedelic colors and patterns of the visuals. Only rarely however are the visuals distinctly keyed to changes in the music; more often than not the fractal animation completes its pattern, and is shown again and again with different colors. Songs include: "Voices in the Sky," "Visions of Paradise," "Departure," "Ride My See-Saw," and "Nights in White Satin." This last, the musical highlight of the show, is unfortunately played while the credits are rolling. Still, this is interesting and different enough to be a curiosity to patrons, and is therefore recommended. (Available from: Aeon Productions, Inc., 20 Sunnyside, P.O.
