Tracy Eichman was a misguided teenager who drank, ran away from home, abused drugs, became a prostitute, and was eventually the first person in Illinois to be convicted and imprisoned for the attempted criminal transmission of HIV. In order to redeem herself with God, she spent her last months as a spokesperson promoting abstinence and a Christian lifestyle to young people. This video is her legacy. Tracy's Choices is about all the wrong ones she made in the beginning, and the right one she made before she died, and while it's pretty hard to argue with the message, the preachy way it's presented would be a turn off to the very audience for which it's intended. This is mostly an interview with Tracy, who simply tells her life story from her early drinking to her arrest, to finding forgiveness in Jesus. She is an engaging girl and a down-to-earth speaker, but viewers won't necessarily come away with any greater understanding of why she made some of her "wrong" choices. An optional purchase. Aud: P.
