Martial artist/Keaton-like comedian Jackie Chan once again finds himself up to his broken-many-times-over nose in trouble as a Hong Kong cop working for both the CIA and a Russian intelligence organization to retrieve a stolen Ukranian warhead. As usual, the plot is utterly secondary to the stunts (Chan is legendary for performing his own, and the outtakes at the end of the film are a traditional treat). Sure to be popular, this is still not as Chan-tastic as Supercop (VL-3/97). Optional. (R. Pitman)
