Son of Gascogne

In this tongue-in-cheek homage to French New Wave cinema, a lackadaisical Parisian youth, mistaken for the son of a long-dead film legend, briefly becomes the darling of French society. Resplendent with cameos by aging French film stars of the 1960s and peppered with nods to that era's directors, Son of Gascogne, while light, witty and romantic, won't mean much to anyone who doesn't have a film studies course on their college transcript.
