Coach Bo McNair presents a series of exercises designed to improve the performance of young sprinters. During the course of this film, McNair leads his students in movements such as "slides," "step overs," and "quick feet," all intended to improve speed development. The workouts are easy to follow and Coach McNair obviously has a positive rapport with his students. Since he teaches in Washington State, several of the drills are adaptable to indoors in case of inclement weather. Coaches who work with young athletes will find the information easy to follow and helpful in preparing drills for all types of sports, but for most libraries this is strictly an optional purchase. Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
