Neither the Dennis Rodman nor the Liz Taylor story (either of which would have been considerably more interesting), Keep on Rebounding is one of those one-camera workout tapes featuring a regimented Spandex army of well-oiled, muscled and perfectly proportioned bouncers jumping up and down in unison for 38 minutes on mini-trampolines. Featuring not one person with any sort of fat or imperfection (or, for that matter, ethnicity), the program is led by the highly enthusiastic team of Darren and Holly who are "Certified Trainers at the American Institute of Reboundology." (Wait a minute...is that even a word? Heck, it's just a trampoline, for Pete's sake, and a tiny one at that.) Featuring a narrative track consisting mainly of "one, two, three...reach...four, five, six, and turn..." repeated for 40 minutes to the sounds of disco music, this is the kind of tape you're either going to bounce along with and love to death, or discover is the in-flight movie on your southbound trip to hell. Regardless, it's not quite up to a passing mark from the Institute of Recommendology, namely me. Optional. Aud: P. (R. Ray)
