From the Minister of Supply and Services in Canada, this brief video counsels viewers to add a fourth "R" to their environmentally-friendly vocabulary: "rethink." The idea, demonstrated by numerous, repetitive, examples is to prevent pollution at the source. Neither a terribly nouveau concept, nor one which is presented at anything beyond the level of a news profile, Rethink barely scratches the surface of the subject--preferring to list companies (and even one of these--The Body Shop--is the subject of considerable controversy) rather than truly explore the topic. Although it could be used as a discussion starter, this is strictly an optional purchase. Aud: I, J. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
