The Lord's Prayer: Entering into God's Country

While most Christians can recite the Lord's Prayer without trouble, this rote recounting often comes with a certain disconnect from the meaning. Walter Wangerin, Jr. (The Book of God), writer-in-residence at Valparaiso University, here leads a classroom discussion in which he reflects on each phrase of the prayer, combining scriptural connections with vivid illustrations from his own personal experience.
