The subtitle of this video--"a step-by-step guide to the most important decisions of your life"--sums it up very well. Lawyer Michael J. Kemmy presents some valuable information aimed at the family or individual not able to afford an attorney to prepare their wills. 'Do-it-yourself' wills and estate plans are becoming more and more acceptable in the 50 states, but as Kemmy points out there are certain matters that must be addressed in any will in order for it to be valid in case of a courtroom challenge. My main complaint about the video is that it's awfully hard to watch someone talking for 45 minutes. Kemmy turns from side to side and there are a few graphics thrown in, but the presentation gets tiring very soon. Still, this is an important subject and the program is recommended, with reservations. Aud: P. (J. Carlson)
