J Zimmerman is a freelance writer and aspiring librarian from Northwest Arkansas. After earning his Bachelors in History and Creative Writing, J considered a career in Montessori education before the pandemic. A recent MLIS graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, J hopes to enter a career in public libraries or museums. Currently, J is employed as a keyworder and metadata analyst for Maven Keywording, writes classic film guides for The Humanities Institute, and has published reviews in other periodicals such as The Sound View: Independent Film Digest.
