Jessica Pace

I was born in Cleveland, MS in 1985. Growing up I participated in everything from Girl Scouts to dancing to basketball. As a teenager my niche was theater, and I spent most of my free time with friends or practicing with the Thespian Society. After high school, I went to college at the University of Southern Mississippi where I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology in December of 2007.

While I attended the university I was a member of Phi Sigma Pi and sang in the university choir. I also studied abroad and spent part of the summer of 2006 in Florence, Italy. In 2009 I received my Master’s in Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama. In 2010 I began my career as a librarian, and have worked in both college and public institutions.

I have over a decade’s worth of experience as a reference librarian and consider myself a lifelong learner.  Art, travel, movies, and music are some of my favorite things.  These days you can often find me at home either working, listening to music, or watching movies.  When I’m not at home I am usually spending time with friends and family or daydreaming about my next adventure.
