Except for a little bit of environmental chitchat, this is a rudimentary video of three guys fishing in the New York Bay for striped bass. Viewers will see the highlights of the expedition (i.e. fish being caught), while learning from occasional voice-over narration a few tips for using bait, jigs, and lures. It's nice to know that Manhattanites--should they have no recourse to finer fishing holes--can fish off Manhattan (although I wouldn't eat a fish in NYC waters on a dare), but I haven't a clue as to why someone should want to pay $175 for a thimbleful of fishing how-to advice and video footage of a handful of catches. Not recommended. (R. Pitman)
