With my mindfulness exercises, aerobic workout, yoga stretches, weight training, jogging, power meditation, diet considerations, refreshing sleep, therapeutic play sessions, and quality time with my family, I figure I've got about 15 minutes left in my day to actually work. No longer. By spending 15 minutes invested in "facial resistance training" per diem, instructor Deborah Crowley says that viewers can stop their faces from heading south. Crowley demonstrates nearly two dozen exercises for the face, including information on which muscle is being stretched (this must be for more credibility, since I can't imagine anyone giving a hoot that the "Tight Upper Lip" exercise works the orbicularis oris muscle. I didn't even know that I had an orbicularis oris muscle). Less expensive (and far less intrusive) than an actual surgical face-lift, Flexeffect Face-Lift belongs in larger fitness and health collections. Recommended. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
