"You live over what you drink," and therefore it stands to reason that if you don't take good care of your environment, you're not taking good care of your drinking water. A low-budget production inspired by MTV and Monty Python, Ground Water: The Flow From Below is a rough-looking but very entertaining and informative guide to maintaining the quality of our ground water and reducing the quantity of the amount we use. Unfortunately, it was expressly made for King County residents in Washington state, and therefore uses exclusively local examples and projections and phone numbers for viewers to contact. Washington state libraries would want this; all others should consider something like Earth Aid: Water Conservation (VL-5/95). (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
