Peter Nielsen--and that's Mr. International Universe to me and you--leads a group of youngsters and viewers through a 30-minute cross-training workout which combines stretches, exercises, and mild weight-lifting (water bottles) to provide an anaerobic and aerobic workout. Although I'm not a fitness expert, I doubt that some kids would get an aerobic workout from the limited exercises demonstrated here. But that point is almost moot: the real killer is the enclosed personal progress chart which kids can later turn in for a certificate from Mr. Nielsen/International Universe (am I missing something here, or would "Universe" automatically include "International"?). This chart is referred to twice on the video and on the video jacket. In short, this is really more for personal--as opposed to library--use. Not recommended. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
